Gelo Honrade brings over a decade of global experience and artistry to his role as Master of Bar92. Born in the Philippines and unexpectedly drawn to bartending while working with the U.N., Gelo honed his craft at acclaimed venues like Jeepney, Osamil, and Osamil Upstairs. Known for his creativity, precision, and story-driven cocktails, he approaches bartending as both an art and a connection—redefining the guest experience one pour at a time.
